What we believe

Our values are touchstones for our DECISIONS.

They provide the framework for a culture of openness, candor and trust between our company and our clients.

Ask our clients, and they'll tell you that their needs precede ours. Egos have no room at the table. The only agenda is success.

There are seven values in all. Each one helps to shape our business. The people we hire, the clients we represent, the choices we make. We embrace these values as our corporate true north.

Our Values

  • Do the Right Thing
  • Help One Another
  • Deliver Stellar Service
  • Produce Quality Products
  • Exceed Expectations
  • Embrace Change
  • Give Back

Laura Smigielski Garcia, CMD — President

Laura hoped to turn her dancing talent into a career, but instead opened an ad agency 25 years ago. She still likes sequins.

Susan Bradley — Vice President, Media Strategies

A jack-of-all trades, Susan crafts marketing strategies with state-of-the-art technology and old school marketing know how.

Kenny Bransford — Accounting Manager

Kenny loves spreadsheets, Quick Books, baseball and dogs. He makes sure that clients are billed correctly and vendors are paid promptly.

Margaret Herrera — Internet Marketing Specialist

Margaret knows code, digital advertising, SEM, SEO and is a closet cheeseburger-aholic. She oversees digital campaigns for our clients.

Caroline C. Blaker — Web Design and Development

Caroline is the head of Petroglyph Creative and works on our web projects. She is responsible for the web design and development of this website. Caroline has been working on websites since 2003 and has been an independent web developer since 2010. In her spare time, she serves a co-Coordinator for ABQ WebGeeks, a group that supports the growth of web professionals in the Albuquerque area.

Felipe J. Garcia — Accounting & Special Projects

Felipe's illustrious career had been focused on commercial real estate development, management and leasing before he became enamored with marketing.

Melanie Majors — Public Relations Specialist

Melanie's career in public relations has crossed many industries. She even worked as a reporter for a major newspaper, but she doesn't become Super Woman when she enters a phone booth.

Kathy Montoya — Graphic Designer

Kathy Montoya began her graphic design career when she was 8 years old. Her mom gave her a pile of paper, pens and crayons and told her to create something pretty and have it to her by the time she got home from work. And the deadlines are still the same.
